1. fixed the typo in (Seti_mouse_wheel_tabswitche).
2. readme & install updated.
3. tabset button is now a bit wider. (those 3 bars on the top right).
4. new option for scrollbars with brighter color for those who didn't like the default one.
5. scrollbars option for thickening are more straight forward now.
